After I had my first baby, and discovered a lack of clothes for her that appealed to my sense of design.
I began a bespoke clothing line by the name of Little Moombeams. Taking my time, I indulged in creating each of my pieces.
Much enthusiasm (and lots of coffee!) was involved in the process. One element of the design led to another-
and until they all adjusted to each other perfectly, I would carry on.
Placing my choices of textures, colours and patterns,
gave me the same satisfaction as adjusting the elements to form a piece of any other form of design.
The process had to be as playful as the product. I was dressing little girls after all!
